The Artist (me ) agree pay to MMA (MIDDLEMAN AGENCY) the following commissions:

For Work performed with respect to commercial advertisements including but not limited to extensions, rollovers, renewals and/or repeats, (i.e. regardless of whether the terms of the original contract have been altered) twenty per cent (20%) of the Artist's fee once paid. (10% Standard Services comm,10% Managerial comm.) totaling 20% comm.

For all other Work performed including but not limited to lead support roles reoccurring , extras 4hr call (tv series), wardrobe(tv series and film) and kids Under the age of 17years for tv series and film, ten per cent (10%) of the Artist's fee once paid, For all other work performed Everything else is twenty (20%) of the artist fee once paid.

(Commissions) (10% Standard Services comm, 10% Managerial comm totalling 20% comm.

MMA shall be entitled, regardless of whether this agreement has been terminated, to collect either of the Commissions.
